Paraplanner – Glasgow (£45,000 + Benefits)

Location: Glasgow (Office-Based – 5 Days a Week)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Experience: Minimum 2 years of paraplanning experience
Qualifications: Not required – full funding and support for qualifications provided

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our growing, Glasgow-based team. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) in a collaborative environment where your skills and development will be fully supported. If you enjoy working alongside financial advisers and want to grow your technical expertise, this could be the ideal next step.

Your Responsibilities

As a Paraplanner, you will:

  • Assist Financial Advisers in preparing bespoke financial plans and investment strategies
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of investment products, tax planning, and market trends
  • Prepare clear, compliant client reports and recommendation documents
  • Create presentation packs and materials ahead of client meetings
  • Coordinate client communications and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Work closely with other paraplanners and advisers to deliver a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner or in a technical financial planning support role
  • Strong research and report writing skills
  • Confidence using financial planning tools and platforms
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Qualifications are not required – we’ll fund and support your CII/DipPFS training

Please note: this position is office-based in Glasgow, 5 days per week.
